Terms and Conditions

By purchasing on our site you agree to all the terms and conditions herein.  Suite Life Kids reserves the right to change and correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or product omissions. You will be contacted via email or telephone, prior to order processing should there be any discrepancies with your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order as we see fit.

Suite Life Kids searches for the top designers, manufacturers and artisans in the industry to bring you the highest quality products. We have the utmost confidence in all our products. We will post any recalls that we are notified of and post it on the site for your review under product recalls. Suite Life Kids cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involves a product purchased on the site. Child safety is extremely important to us and is a top priority at Suite Life Kids. Please notify us of any product safety concerns immediately.

Backorders and Delays

The backorder policy will vary depending upon the manufacturer or artisan. Suite LifeKids.com will notify you of any such delays and give you the option to cancel your order or select a new product. SuiteLifeKids .com is not responsible for any unforeseen product delays, backorders, or product discontinuations. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Warranty

Suite Life Kids upholds the manufacturer’s and artisan’s warranties. For specific product warranties email us at  info@suitelifekids.com.  The warranties protect products from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or damage incurred while in the customers

possession.

To Place an order

You may place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our site. To purchase a product online simply click the add to basket button and proceed to checkout. If you prefer to order over the telephone please email us at info@suitelifekids.com and one of our Suite Life Kids representatives will be pleased to assist you.We accept credit card payments through Paypal.

Please note that when you place an order and proceed through the checkout process your credit card will be charged immediately.

To Cancel an order

At Suite Life Kids we work efficiently to process orders as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once it’s been placed. If you decide to cancel your non-custom, non-personalized order it must be put in writing and emailed to info@suitelifekids.com within 24 hours. For all art work,special orders,custom and personalized orders you have 48 hours of placing your order to submit your cancellation request in writing to info@suitelifekids.com. If your order has been placed, please refer to our return policy for non-custom or non-personalized orders. For all art work,special order items,custom or personalized orders that are cancelled after the 48 hour period, there will be no refund given and the order will be processed as scheduled.

Payment Methods

We accept credit card payments through Paypal. At this time we do not accept personal checks or cashier checks.

Sales Tax

Suite Life Kids operates in Maryland and is required to collect a 6% sales tax on orders shipped to a Maryland address.

Price Match

Suite Life Kids strives to remain competitive with our pricing. If you find an item at a lower price, email or call us and we will evaluate the price difference. We will make an attempt to match the retail price of the item. Items excluded from the price match are those sold on Ebay, outlets, liquidations, or products that have pricing errors, and online store specials or promotions.

Return Policy

When you make a purchase at Suite Life Kids, we want you to be absolutely thrilled. Your satisfaction is our goal. Please read over the cancellation policies and this return policy before placing an order. Our trained design staff is available to answer any of your product questions prior to the placement of your order and we recommend you take advantage of this service. If you are not satisfied with your non-custom,non-personalized purchase you may return it within 10 days of receiving your purchase for a refund, exchange ,or store credit. All returns received after 10 days or without authorization will not be refunded. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, unused and with tags. All sales and discounted items are final sale.

To request a refund please follow these steps:

  1. Please notify Suite Life Kids within 10 days of receipt of your purchase and request a return authorization number(RAN).The (RAN) authorizes your return to Suite Life Kids.
  2. Once you have obtained your (RAN), you must send your purchase back to the address provided to you within 10 days. If you fail to return your purchase within the 10 period your return will be forfeited.

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If you return an item that was initially shipped free, the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. We advise our customers to send their returns back insured and trackable, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit to our return address or the manufacturer.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customers. When returning these products there may be restocking fees associated with your return. These fees vary, but can be as much as 25% of the product cost. Contact us for specific information on these fees.

Once your return is received and passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the credit card that was used for the purchase.

Shipping Policy

Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO destinations, or internationally.

Standard Shipping is used for our small home decor items like baby gear, bedding, and gifts. Most of these items are shipped by Fedex,UPS, and USPS. Generally, if these items are in stock they will ship within 2 days and arrive within 1 week. If an item is not in stock we will notify you by email regarding when your order will ship.

Overnight and Express Shipping may be available on some merchandise. There is an additional charge for rush orders. Please contact us at info@suitelifekids.com prior to placing an order so we may verify the products availability.

Freight Delivery is used for our larger furniture pieces like beds, armoires, and dressers, etc. You will have the option of selecting standard home delivery in which the furniture is placed in the main threshold of the home or premier home delivery in which the furniture is put in your room of choice, unpacked and the packing debris removed. Assembly of the furniture is not included in either delivery option. These surcharges will be outlined on the product’s description page and also on the shopping cart page as you check out. The use of premier home delivery will extend the shipping time 1-2 weeks beyond the standard shipping times.

Please take note on how to receive your freight delivery. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery time. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the shipping company as there is a fee charged if they are unable to deliver your merchandise. If they are unable to deliver your merchandise within 10 days, storage fees will be assessed. You must be present to accept, inspect and sign for your delivery. If upon inspection, you note any damage to the product or the packaging please make a note of it on the bill of lading and keep the damaged packaging.  If you fail to note the product or packaging damage, Suite Life Kids will be unable to assist you with the repair or replacement of the merchandise. Please contact us immediately at info@suitelifekids.com to report any damaged freight deliveries.

As was mentioned in the return policy, all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless your merchandise arrived damaged and you noted it or the wrong merchandise was sent to you. In these instances there will be no expense to the customer.

Take notice about delivery times. While we work hard to expedite all of our orders and get them shipped in a timely fashion. We feature many custom and personalized items that are being handcrafted  and made to order specifically for you.We want you to realize that these truly unique items take time to craft sometimes up to 12 weeks. The shipping times in the product descriptions are only estimates. Suite Life Kids cannot be held responsible for any delays in the shipping of your merchandise.

Swatch Program

Suite Life Kids wants you to shop our Children’s Home Décor boutique as your source for the most unique and best that the Children’s Home Décor market has to offer. We believe that custom products lend that special and unique touch to the space you are decorating. That’s why we offer so many custom and personalized products. With that in mind our swatch program was born, to enable you to fearlessly design that unique space that will enrich your little ones life. Please contact us info@suitelifekids.com to discuss your design choices. We will assist you with the selection swatch samples to help with your décor selections. The costs of the swatches vary depending upon product, but generally run in the $5.00 range. Contact us to see which manufacturers offer swatches.
